Merlin Entertainments is a global leader in location-based, family entertainment, and they are seeking a Guest Experience Host at Peppa Pig World of Play. In this role, you will create magical experiences for families, engage with children and parents, and ensure a fun and safe environment for guests.

Responsibilities

Create magical, memory-filled experiences for families every single day
Work across a variety of fun areas — including Admissions, Play Zones, Retail, Food & Beverage, Birthday Parties, and Special Events
Keep the energy up and the smiles big as you engage with kids and parents
Help keep our play areas tidy, safe, and full of fun
Make sure Peppa’s world looks fantastic and ready to welcome guests from the moment the doors open!

Qualification

Customer service experienceCommunication skillsMotivational skillsSelf-motivatedTeamwork skills

Required

Experience in a customer service role
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
