QA Test Technician
Radwell International is seeking a QA Test Technician to inspect, test, clean, and label industrial surplus items at point of sale. The role involves verifying part numbers, performing diagnostics, and supporting quality processes to enhance the final product's quality.

Responsibilities
Verifying Part Numbers on all Units Processed
Inspection, Cleaning, and Testing of all Units
Proper use of Shop Assets and Test Fixtures
Power and Diagnostic Testing of all Units
Programming
Support Quality Methods, Processes, and Procedures
Support and Improve Quality of Final Product
Support Development of Test Capabilities
Performing Occasional Light Repair
Processing of Pre-evaluation Units to ‘RTS’ Ready to Sell Condition
Proper Handling and Labeling on all Units
Capture Estimated Parts and Labor Cost for Repairs
Effective Time Management and Prioritization of Work
Proper use of IT Systems
Provide your own Hand/Power tools
Qualification
Required
Use of hand and power tools, troubleshooting, and soldering
Strong Computer Proficiency
Multi-Tasking
Work at Fast Pace
Attention to Detail
Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
Effective Communication Skills
PLC Test Abilities
High School Diploma or equivalent required
One to three years Technical School Diploma or experience
Preferred
Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus
