Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with GAAP
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including fixed assets
Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
Assist with internal financial reporting and management deliverables
Collaborate with IT and Operations on process improvements and system enhancements
Support data integrations across ERP, CRM, and related systems
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Reconcile bank accounts and monitor daily cash activity
Support cash flow forecasting and working capital reporting
Coordinate with AP and AR teams to ensure accurate cash balances
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong Excel skills required
Hands-on experience working within an ERP system
Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and data accuracy
Preferred
Experience with ERP platforms such as Business Central, SAP, or Oracle preferred
Familiarity with accounting or financial reporting systems is a plus
