Assist Area Director of Engineering in developing an engineering operating strategy that is aligned with the property and brand business strategy
Oversee execution of long-term preventative maintenance asset protection plans
Co-chair the property’s Safety Committee
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of progressive engineering leadership experience in hospitality
Strong technical knowledge of hotel building systems and life safety requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop engineering teams across multiple locations
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market/region
