Sales Development Representative

RealWork Labs is a dedicated crew of innovators based in Austin, Texas, focused on helping home service providers build online trust with homeowners. They are seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to find and screen potential customers, serving as the first line of communication and setting up Account Executives for successful closes.

Responsibilities

Cold call 150 leads per day and set demonstrations of our tool
Follow scripting with an 'earn the right to fail' attitude
Challenge contractors over the phone to rethink their businesses and see platform
Get all financial decision makers together on demonstrations
Effectively manage our curated and pre-sourced leads to set successful product demonstrations
Participate in daily sales meetings to share strategies for success and learn from others

Qualification

Required

1+ years cold call experience in SMB/ Consumer high velocity environments only
Collaborative mindset and low ego required; we win together
You are a self-starter and intrinsically motivated to succeed
Hungry to work, grow, and excel
You are a great communicator and an excellent listener via phone
Eager to work in office and learn from those around you
