Responsibilities
Reviews, reconciles, and books all retail and ecommerce transactions to SAP
Additionally, reconciles all cash and credit card sales for retail and ecommerce
Reviews, reconciles, and books all retail inventory transfers between shops and the warehouse
Verifies inventory shipments from factories and intercompany transfers and matches to invoice
Assists with the compilation of our monthly sales tax returns
Reconciles monthly the intercompany accounts with our partners in Europe and Asia
Participates in the monthly close with assorted monthly accruals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Prior experience in a retail or consumer goods company is a must
New Grads are welcome to apply with accounting internship experience
1-2 years of experience
Advanced Excel skills required
Excellent administrative writing and data entry skills
Outstanding communication and organization skills
Attention to detail
Proven success and experience in analyzing information, reporting research results, and general math skills
Preferred
Experience with financial software systems. SAP B1 and QuickBooks is a plus
