Business Intelligence Analyst III
Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst III to design and implement semantic models in Power BI for business reporting needs. The role involves conducting in-depth data analysis, collaborating with business users, and developing reporting solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis or large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Interpret and communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of BI solutions
Develop, test, implement, and maintain financial and operational reports
Assist in developing and maintaining scalable and efficient processes to support financial modeling, forecasting and statistical tracking, and related business processes
Provide ongoing support for current applications; determine problem resolution steps and processes, work with users to resolve issues and identify root cause
Plan and analyze new/modified solutions/processes; work with users to determine optimal solutions, provide analytical support
Assist in maintenance and utilize a cloud-based ERP tool
Understand and effectively leverage established and new business metrics and KPIs to support decision making
Manage report development and design requests, effectively communicate, and speak with authority on financial and reporting information
Collaborate with stakeholders regarding delivery of services, as needed, based on program requirements
Effective written and verbal communication
Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
Conduct advanced reporting and oversight activities
Demonstrate dependability
Demonstrate effective problem solving and decision-making skills
Lead and complete special projects
Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate work flow

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years previous office experience preferred
Combination of education and experience
Advanced skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, etc.) and SQL
Advanced skills with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SSRS report development
Knowledge of data modeling concepts and relational database design
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) and services like Azure Synapse
If working remotely, employee must provide their own reliable internet services
Be able to successfully pass a background screening
