Senior Data Conversion Lead

Responsibilities
Drive innovation – Identify opportunities to enhance our conversion processes and champion improvements that benefit clients and internal teams
Navigate complexity – Make confident decisions even when facing ambiguity, balancing risk with opportunity
Facilitate data conversion workshops and client meetings, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
Explain TELUS Health's data structures and business rules in ways that empower clients to make informed decisions
Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related challenges, coordinating swift resolutions across teams
Review data conversions with a meticulous eye, identifying gaps and implementing solutions before they become issues
Partner with Data Managers and client resources to focus on high-priority work that delivers maximum value
Provide timely, transparent progress updates and risk assessments with proactive mitigation plans
Coordinate seamlessly with internal collaborators, subject matter experts, and project managers throughout implementation
Share your expertise with client teams and TELUS Health colleagues, elevating everyone's capabilities
Capture action items, decisions, and escalations to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed
Qualification
Required
Experience in data conversion processes and methodologies
Strong understanding of pension and benefits administration
Proven ability to facilitate workshops and client meetings
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights
Ability to make confident decisions in ambiguous situations
Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing data conversions
Experience in coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage client relationships
Ability to provide timely updates and risk assessments
