Responsibilities

Lead the evaluation of investment opportunities and identify merits and risks of potential transactions

Develop thematic investment areas for future investment

Direct and manage all facets of the due diligence process

Engage with financing partners and external advisors throughout the deal process

Manage and mentor Associates

Contribute to contract negotiations and legal documentation

Play a critical role in liquidity events, including sale processes and recapitalizations
