Responsibilities

Create and test content across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts
Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short clips with strong hooks
Script, storyboard, and publish original short-form content
Track performance and optimize for growth (engagement, conversions, signups)
Manage YouTube Community & Instagram posts to drive leads
(Bonus) Use ManyChat or similar tools to scale engagement
Collaborate with the video team on editing when needed

Required

Proven experience creating short-form content that drives growth

Basic editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc)
Expert with analytics and reporting
Interest in interior design or lifestyle content
