Business Development Representative (BDR) - Channel Sales
ComTec Systems is a growing technology and UCaaS services provider, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound prospecting and channel partner development. This role involves identifying and qualifying reseller opportunities, booking discovery meetings, and collaborating with senior channel leadership to grow revenue.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Identify, qualify, and recruit channel partners (MSPs, VARs, telecom agents, referral partners)
Book qualified discovery meetings for senior channel managers
Build and nurture early-stage partner relationships
Support onboarding and activation of new channel partners
Track outreach, activity, and pipeline in Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with sales and marketing on co-selling and partner initiatives
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly BDR KPIs and quota targets
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or inside sales professional
Proven success with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
Comfortable working in a quota-driven sales environment
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Preferred
Experience in UCaaS, telecom, SaaS, MSP, VAR, or technology services
