Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP data migration workstreams, ensuring successful planning, executive, and delivery of data migration projects

Advise clients on best practices for SAP data migration, including strategy, risk identification, and migration projects

Design, develop, and implement data migration solutions using SAP tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit)

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data migration requirements, mapping, and validation rules

Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle

Lead, coach, and mentor project staff, managing performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Coordinate and execute data migration testing, reconciliation, and cutover activities

Document data migration processes, methodologies, and lessons learned for continuous improvement

Support clients in post-migration activities, including data validation, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
