Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into SAP-enabled solutions

Support SAP business processes including master data maintenance, transaction execution, reporting, and user training

Use WinShuttle to create and execute scripts for large-scale master data updates and provide user guidance on script execution

Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve SAP-related issues, manage data transfers between TeamCenter and SAP, and solve interface errors

Conduct analysis and data validation to ensure data accuracy and system integrity across SAP and related applications

Contribute to digitalization and change initiatives by assisting with project planning, testing, implementation, and adoption tracking

Develop and maintain process documentation, metrics, and reports that measure efficiency, effectiveness, and improvement outcomes

Build strong relationships across departments to drive alignment, support organizational change, and ensure timely completion of deliverables

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Data Science, or recognized STEM or Business field

2+ years of experience with the following: Translating operational needs into SAP-based process improvements and demonstrated an understanding of how SAP capabilities map to business outcomes

Project Management

Process Management experience including process diagramming using MS Visio or similar tools

Using WinShuttle or similar tool to create and execute master data updates

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
