Responsibilities

Build and expand a portfolio of large mid-market clients
Lead workforce conversations from first call through delivery
Design staffing solutions across contract, C2H, and direct hire
Manage pricing, margin, and client expectations with discipline
Use industry-leading sales and recruiting tools to develop targeted account lists
Run a consistent, data-backed sales cadence—no spray-and-pray
Track activity, pipeline, and performance through CRM and analytics
Work directly with leadership on account strategy and market focus
Partner with recruiting teams to deliver top-tier professional and IT talent
Own requisition intake, candidate selection, and client feedback loops
Stay accountable for time-to-fill, quality, and retention
Step in when things get messy and get them back on track
Improve processes, not just follow them
Share wins, lessons learned, and repeatable plays

Required

2–5 years of experience in staffing or workforce solutions
Professional services and/or IT staffing experience strongly preferred
Proven success across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire models
Experience selling into large mid-market organizations
Confident, consultative communicator with clients and internal teams
Comfortable using modern CRM, sourcing, and sales enablement tools
Someone who thrives with ownership, pace, and accountability
