Responsibilities
Maintain, manage, and optimize SharePoint Lists and Microsoft 365 data sources used for operational and performance reporting
Build and update Power BI dashboards to visualize trends, metrics, and mission-critical insights
Develop lightweight Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline data collection and approval processes
Collaborate with analysts, operators, and leadership to gather requirements and translate them into Microsoft 365 solutions
Validate data inputs, ensure data quality, and maintain accuracy in reporting products
Support high-visibility assessments and recurring deliverables through structured data analysis
Assist with documentation, SOP creation, knowledge management, and user training related to Microsoft 365 tools
Work with technical stakeholders to troubleshoot data access, workflow issues, and SharePoint/List configurations
Ensure solutions comply with DoD information security policies and classification requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience working with DoD data, systems, or mission partners
Strong proficiency in SharePoint (Lists, Views, Permissions)
Hands-on experience using Power BI for dashboards, data modeling, and visualizations
Working knowledge of Power Apps (canvas apps) and Power Automate for workflow creation
Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate operational needs into technical requirements
Experience validating data, troubleshooting data issues, and ensuring consistent reporting quality
Excellent organizational skills and comfort handling multiple simultaneous tasks
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
Valid US Passport
Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
Preferred
Experience supporting intelligence or operations in a military or government context
Previous experience supporting DoD, counter-drug, and law enforcement missions
Familiarity with Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE)
