Responsibilities

Reviewing surveys, title commitments, preparing objection letters, managing interactions with title companies, UCC filings, zoning reports and other due diligence

Coordination of and assistance with closings, including review and/or preparation of conveyance documents, closing statements, transfer tax forms, and escrow release documentation

Required

Minimum of two years of paralegal experience

At least two years of Commercial Real Estate paralegal experience in either a law firm or corporate setting

Experience assisting in various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including documentation, due diligence, closing and post-closing activities for acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, development, and construction projects

Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Extensive computer and database expertise

Bachelor's degree required

Strong writing and communication skills
