The Design Sales Representative will help clients transform their homes and workspaces with stylish window treatments while building a career through creating designs and generating appointments.

Qualification
Required
strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
quick learner, self-reliant, and resourceful while juggling multiple priorities
ability to understand instructions, ask smart questions, and keep the conversation positive and productive
independence and collaboration skills
full-time availability, including one weekend day
confidence with PCs, Windows programs, and eagerness to master new sales technology
flexibility with travel, reliable transportation, a valid license, and proof of insurance
ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds when needed
Preferred
background or passion in design and décor
Any sales roles, especially in home improvement/décor, and anything field based or in-home
Customer service focused backgrounds
Hospitality experience
Teaching experience
Experience in security systems or solar
