Outside Sales Engineer - Mechanical Technologies
Mechanical Technologies is a company specializing in product-based solutions for HVAC challenges. They are seeking a motivated HVAC Outside Sales Engineer to drive sales of their HVAC products to a dedicated group of HVAC contractors.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and accounts
Provide timely equipment selections, pricing, and scheduling information
Promote the features and benefits of Mechanical Technologies’ offerings
Prepare equipment takeoffs and bid proposals tailored to project requirements
Submit detailed documentation for customer approval
Develop technical solutions and resolve customer issues throughout the sales process
Create action plans to target new accounts and grow sales within existing ones
Collaborate with manufacturer engineers and customer service to ensure excellent support
Conduct sales tracking, including opportunities, forecasts, and results
Maintain accurate records of project details, orders, costs, and schedules
Travel regularly to customer sites and attend training seminars and sales meetings
Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry
Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems and HVAC product applications
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate within a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with PC use
Preferred
Preferred sales experience in the tri-state area
