Responsibilities

Analyze diverse datasets to generate actionable insights that align with business objectives

Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools and dashboards for Sales Operations

Perform detailed analysis of sales contracts, clauses, stipulations, and obligations to ensure compliance and optimize business outcomes

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve processes and provide innovative, cost-effective recommendations

Support the drafting and amendment of contracts in alignment with legal requirements and company policies

Monitor and review reports to mitigate risks and prevent disputes

Maintain and organize master data lists with a high degree of accuracy

Document processes and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams

Drive efficiency through advanced Excel functionalities, such as pivot tables, macros, and VBA

Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to support data-driven decision-making within Sales Operations
