Responsibilities
Support the creation of digital-forward Patient CRM product roadmaps, including experiences, features, timelines, and dependencies
Partner with Technical Product Managers to drive development and continuous improvement of Patient CRM products and features
Evangelize the value, roadmap, and enterprise impact of CRM products to senior leaders and stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for business feedback, enhancement requests, and recommendations
Align business outcomes with technical feasibility to ensure delivery of business value and technical performance
Oversee business process validation and user insights collection through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support rollout of new CRM features to new and existing user groups
Establish and support business standards and templates to ensure consistency and adoption
Define business requirements, including functional and non-functional performance requirements, using industry standards
Drive experimentation aligned with the business learning agenda to enhance CRM offerings
Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT, and cross-functional enterprise teams to align on product roadmaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT partners to ensure successful CRM integration and execution
Partner with Customer Experience teams to ensure CRM experiences meet end-user expectations
Track customer engagement trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies to inform CRM strategy
Ensure CRM features align with compliance, privacy, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with Field Sales, Medical, and Marketing teams to prioritize CRM functionality supporting timely and personalized patient interactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, science, marketing, or a related field
7 years of experience, including 5 years in product management, digital product operations, or equivalent experience
Experience owning product components or tactics from strategy through execution
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feature rollouts across diverse user groups
Proven ability to align stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and experimentation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments
Preferred
Advanced degree or equivalent experience (e.g., MBA or related graduate-level qualification)
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries
Experience innovating and fostering experimentation to improve product capabilities
Experience leading or managing enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) within life sciences or healthcare
Strong understanding of patient-focused customer engagement strategies and omnichannel orchestration
