Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules for IT/software initiatives, including integrated master schedules across multiple workstreams
Identify dependencies across applications, integrations, and technical teams
Monitor schedule progress, update activities, and provide performance analysis
Offer insights on risks, delays, and critical path impacts
Produce milestone updates, dashboards, and schedule reporting for leadership
Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies in a PMO environment
Qualification
Required
5+ years in IT project scheduling, enterprise applications, or digital transformations (technology focus required; no construction backgrounds)
Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or similar tools
Strong knowledge of IT methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, SDLC, DevOps, Hybrid)
Excellent communication for conveying complex schedules to diverse audiences
Preferred
PMO or multi-project experience
