Manage a lead pipeline (warm + outbound), quote policies, and close with confidence
Build lasting client relationships: onboard, cross-sell, and retain
Master tools (CRM quoting platforms) to hit activity and sales KPIs
Earn licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required - we'll guide you)

Qualification
Required
Obtain or possess your Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses from the State of Arizona within 30 days of hire
