They are seeking a Title Closing Agent responsible for coordinating and conducting real estate closings, preparing and reviewing title documentation, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
Assisting clients with escrow services
Managing closing transactions
Ensuring a seamless client experience
Communication with various stakeholders, such as realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers, to facilitate successful transactions
Qualification
Required
Experience with Escrow and Title Insurance processes
Proficiency in managing Closings, including preparing and reviewing real estate documents
Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
Ability to act as a licensed Notary
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
An understanding of relevant legal and compliance requirements in the real estate industry
Preferred
Prior experience in the title or real estate sector is a plus
