Responsibilities
Serve as a technical application expert for injection molding systems used in preform manufacturing
Support machine installation, commissioning, and startup activities at customer sites
Troubleshoot processing, tooling interaction, and mechanical issues during trials and early production
Travel with sales teams to support technical evaluations, demonstrations, and customer run-offs
Train field service technicians on machine operation, applications, and troubleshooting
Provide application-level feedback to internal engineering, product, and service teams
Develop processing guidelines, application documentation, and best practices
Support early customer launches and help establish repeatable application standards
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on injection molding experience with preforms required
Solid understanding of molding mechanics, process optimization, and tooling interaction
Comfortable troubleshooting processing and mechanical challenges on the plant floor
Experience working directly with customers in a technical or application-focused role
Willingness to travel 50%, with travel increasing as the installed base grows
Eligibility to work in North America, with TN sponsorship considered if applicable
