Lead end-to-end product design across multiple initiatives, from discovery through delivery
Set and evolve design strategy, standards, and best practices across the organization
Manage, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary design teams
Partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape product direction and outcomes
Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences
Advocate for design excellence while balancing business, technical, and regulatory considerations
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or experience design
Proven experience leading and scaling design teams
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality execution
Advanced proficiency with Figma for design, collaboration, and design system management
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading through change
