Take ownership of onsite MEP delivery
Manage trade coordination
Oversee QA/QC processes
Provide commissioning support
Qualification
Required
Experience as an MEP or Mechanical/Electrical Superintendent on large-scale builds
Strong background in hyperscale, mission-critical, or data center construction
Trade coordination across mechanical & electrical packages
Knowledge of chilled water / liquid cooling, CRAC/CRAH, CDUs, and critical systems
Commissioning exposure (IST / L1–L5) and QA/QC management
Procore or similar construction management tools
