Responsibilities

Electrical trouble shooting for plant facility and manufacturing equipment

Mechanical repair and maintenance for plant facility and equipment

Rebuild and install diaphragm pumps

Preventative maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic machinery

Forming machine repairs and maintenance

Kuka Robotics maintenance and repair on electrical systems

Wire Control Panels and wire electrical harness on shredding trucks

Troubleshoot and repair machines including dedicated hardwired electronic components, circuit protection, hose distribution equipment, hydraulic pressure and flow systems, variable volume pumps, pneumatic systems, conveyer, and packaging equipment

Put in new machines

Read, draw, and update blue prints

Heavy welding/metal fabrication

Utilize forklifts, scissor lifts and articulating booms
