Role: Change Management Analyst / Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and process optimization
Core Skills: Impact Assessment, Risk Mitigation, User Adoption Strategies, Stakeholder Engagement, and Agile methodologies
Salesforce Expertise: Certified Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst with hands-on experience in workflows, approvals, dashboards, and data migration
Process Excellence: Skilled in process mapping, re-engineering, workflow optimization, and requirements gathering for large-scale transformation projects
Quality Assurance: Strong experience in functional, integration, and automation testing using tools like Provar, Selenium, and UI Path
Project Management: Adept at managing change requests, prioritizing backlogs, and coordinating cross-functional teams for successful delivery
Technical Tools: Proficient in JIRA, Postman, Data Loader, Informatica, SQL, and Snowflake
Domain Knowledge: Telecom, Networking, Partner Programs, and Enterprise Change Enablement
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and ability to drive adoption during organizational change initiatives
Qualification
Required
9+ years in Change Management, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and CRM solutions
Impact Assessment, Risk Mitigation, User Adoption Strategies, Stakeholder Engagement, and Agile methodologies
Certified Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst with hands-on experience in workflows, approvals, dashboards, and data migration
