This contract role will focus on field event recruitment, ABM target account research and enablement, and operational support for MQL analytics.

Responsibilities

Own recruitment execution for priority field events in partnership with Sales, Field Events, and Marketing
Drive qualified registrations and confirmed attendance aligned to target audience profiles
Execute outreach using Outreach (calls and emails) following established processes
Track and report recruitment funnel performance, identify risks early, and recommend optimizations to improve attendance and show rates
Partner closely with ABM stakeholders to align outreach strategies and share insights
Monitor engagement trends across target accounts spanning multiple ABM plays
Surface insights, recommend next actions, and draft email copy or call scripts to accelerate engagement and pipeline growth
Support list hygiene, data accuracy, and regular list imports for ABM programs such as content syndication
Execute tailored outreach when needed to drive account engagement
Partner with the Hiring Manager to monitor MQL performance trends
Help investigate and resolve MQL routing or operational issues
Drive cross-functional resolution efforts to completion while keeping stakeholders informed

Required

2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, sales development, or a related field
Background in Sales Development/BDR with an interest in marketing, or marketing experience with deep partnership with Sales
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and 6sense
Experience with event recruitment, ABM, or account-based engagement strategies
Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred

Previous ABM experience strongly preferred
