Responsibilities
Edit and produce flagship video content yourself, including influencer kits, social reels, and rapid-response content when speed and quality both matter. Create content optimized for each platform with deep understanding of what performs and why
Deploy contractors across parallel projects based on organizational priorities and deadlines. Give clear creative direction, review work, provide constructive feedback, and maintain quality standards across all team output. Manage production workflow and keep things moving without bottlenecks
Within the framework established by leadership (brand guidelines, theological alignment, security protocols), make day-to-day creative calls: which story, what format, which music, what pacing. Adapt content for different partners based on their style and audience. Iterate based on performance data
Participate in field trip planning, contributing ideas for social-first content concepts. Join discovery sessions with influencer partners to understand platform goals and content style. Stay current on social media trends and bring those insights to production planning

Qualification
Required
Social media platform expertise. Native understanding of what makes content perform on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
Team coordination experience managing freelancers, contractors, or small creative teams
Strong creative judgment. Can make good tactical decisions independently
Organized and systems-minded. Creates workflows that help teams scale
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and initiatives
Passion for the mission of supporting persecuted Christians
5-7+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating quality across multiple formats
Must be a Christ-follower with the passion to serve persecuted Christians and advance the Gospel around the world
Must agree to Statement of Faith and Core Values
Must act with Christ-centered behavior, treating people with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity
Must agree to participate within the GCR community, which includes devotions, prayer, and opportunities to share about persecuted Christians in your personal and ministry networks
