Lead project teams of 20 to 100 team members

Manage project finances - both fixed price and time / materials

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Negotiate project terms and conditions

Manage risks associated with the project

Required

10+ years COTS software customizations and implementations for external customers (RFP to user acceptance)

Comfortable with a mixture of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Preferred

Utility industry experience (highly, highly desired)

MS Project / MS Excel
