The role involves participating in the full Salesforce delivery lifecycle, driving use cases, and producing documentation that translates business needs into successful Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities
Participate in discovery and scoping sessions with stakeholders to define business needs, use cases, and success criteria
Act as a bridge between business, sales, and delivery teams throughout the engagement
Own scoping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
Support end-to-end Salesforce implementations from discovery through UAT and go-live
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure solutions align with business goals
Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery coordination
Identify process improvements and recommend Salesforce best-practice solutions
Qualification
Required
Senior-level Business Analyst experience, ideally within consulting or enterprise environments
Demonstrated ability to operate in a hybrid BA / Project Manager capacity
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Exposure to additional Salesforce products such as Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Manufacturing Cloud, SFMC, or similar is highly desirable
Experience participating in multiple full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
Strong Agile experience (Scrum / Kanban)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, or Consultant certifications)
Experience working with enterprise-scale clients and complex orgs
