Sr Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Remotely sell Medtronic products and retain end-user accounts to achieve/exceed disposable and hardware sales goals
Identify, develop, and close leads; refer internal leads when appropriate
Drive adoption and utilization of products across the Surgical COT
Provide input on new markets, product introductions, and existing products
Promote and educate customers on company products and services
Respond to customer concerns and manage problems
Arrange product demonstrations remotely with accounts
Support ongoing sales activities including calls, data analysis, and follow-up
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
Contribute to sales strategy and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience OR Advanced knowledge of sales processes and company products/services
Proven success managing large accounts and collaborating with multiple team members
Preferred
Experience in medical device or healthcare sales
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to coach, train, or guide other sales professionals
Experience driving adoption and penetration in accounts
Data analysis skills to identify sales opportunities
