Digital Marketing Manager
Sera Systems is a fast-growing SaaS company modernizing the field service industry, and they are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale their lead generation engine. The role focuses on demand generation, paid acquisition, and optimizing lead quality to drive measurable revenue impact.
Responsibilities
Own digital lead generation across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, Software Advice / Capterra, and other B2B platforms
Design, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns focused on lead quality, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution
Actively monitor performance and make weekly (or faster) adjustments based on results
Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards to track MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and funnel drop-offs
Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure lead definitions, handoffs, and attribution are aligned
Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email nurture flows
Create and manage email nurture sequences that move leads from interest → qualified → sales-ready
Optimize messaging based on buyer behavior and performance data
Manage paid media vendors and tools with clear expectations around ROI, efficiency, and outcomes
Own budgets and forecasting; prioritize spend based on performance, not habit
Work closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Leadership to align campaigns with revenue priorities and GTM initiatives
Support launches and initiatives with a demand-first mindset
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of owning paid acquisition programs that generated qualified leads or pipeline
Hands-on experience using HubSpot for campaigns, reporting, and funnel visibility
Strong analytical instincts — you understand what's working, what isn't, and why
Comfortable being accountable for results, not just activity
Preferred
Experience with review platforms (Software Advice, Capterra, G2)
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Adobe for light creative collaboration
Experience working in lean or startup environments where ownership matters
Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Miro/FigJam, or similar tools
