Lithia & Driveway is a leading auto retailer in the United States, and they are seeking a motivated Fleet Administrative DMV Assistant to join their team. The role involves soliciting commercial fleet accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining proper documentation for fleet sales.

Responsibilities
Develop and prospect local businesses for sales and service needs
Ensure complete customer satisfaction. Eliminate any customer confusion
Ensure all cars are properly tagged with MSRP, ADM, Buyer’s Guides, and Warranty Disclosures
Be an expert on product knowledge and be able to share this knowledge with sales team
Ensure exact customer counts and logging of all customer contact into Performance Dashboard
Qualification
Required
Communication skills – communicate effectively with others
Presentation skills – ability to present information in a clear and professional manner
Time Management – ability to manage one's own time
Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations
Basic Computer skills
Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
