Responsibilities

Partner with leaders, turning insights into impact, and helping build a culture where high-performing teams thrive
Drive the acceleration of business growth and amplification of Oracle’s culture through organizational and talent strategies
Develop multi-year organizational and talent strategies
Lead organizational change management
Spearhead local and global initiatives and maximize impact and scale for the organization
Partner with c-suite executives to execute the annual talent strategy and people plans
Collaborate with executives to identify needs, prioritize, and lead efforts to enable employees to do their best work
