Finance Systems Manager (IT) - NetSuite
ON.energy is building the power infrastructure that makes the AI era possible. We are seeking a Finance Systems Manager to own and scale ON.energy’s finance systems stack, primarily focusing on NetSuite and Procore integration, while delivering timely and auditable reporting to leadership and partners.

Responsibilities
Administer and optimize NetSuite: chart of accounts, segments/dimensions, roles/permissions, workflows, saved searches, financial statements
Own revenue recognition, WIP postings, AP/AR automation, month-end close support, and audit readiness
Lead and sustain the NetSuite↔Procore integration: cost codes, vendors, commitments/COs, timecards, budgets, and actuals
Manage iPaaS/ETL tools (e.g., Celigo, Fivetran, Boomi) and coordinate vendors/consultants; enforce versioning and deployment discipline
Stand up and maintain a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake or equivalent)
Build finance-ready models: job cost, commitments, cash, WIP, billings, margin
Deliver executive and board dashboards via Power BI/Tableau; maintain certified datasets and data dictionary
Automate the 13-week cash flow by integrating ERP, Procore, and bank data; schedule refreshes and exception alerts
Provide data products that enable reliable project and corporate forecasts; partner on scenario and variance analyses
Implement data quality checks, reconciliations, lineage, and change-management across tools
Maintain audit trails, access controls, and compliance with internal/external reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
5–10 years in finance systems/ERP administration or project-finance IT
Deep NetSuite administration/configuration/reporting experience
Hands-on integration of ERP with construction/project tools (Procore, Primavera, CMiC, or similar)
Working fluency with data pipelines/warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery) and tools like Celigo, Fivetran, dbt
Strong understanding of job costing, WIP, revenue recognition, project financial reporting
Clear cross-functional communicator; translates between finance, operations, and IT
Preferred
Industry background: construction, EPC, or energy infrastructure
Direct experience delivering a NetSuite + Procore integration
BI delivery with Power BI/Tableau/Looker
