Drive the acceleration of business growth
Amplify Oracle’s culture through organizational and talent strategies
Develop multi-year organizational and talent strategies
Lead organizational change management
Spearhead local and global initiatives
Maximize impact and scale for the organization
Partner with c-suite executives to execute the annual talent strategy and people plans
Collaborate with executives to identify needs, prioritize, and lead efforts to enable employees to do their best work

Required

10+ years of experience in Human Resources
