Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement advanced Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards, reports, and data models to meet client requirements
Work directly with clients to gather requirements, lead workshops, and translate business needs into technical solutions
Ensure all dashboards and reports adhere to data visualization best practices, effectively communicating insights through the right chart types and layouts
Collaborate with technical teams to connect and model data from multiple sources
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on best practices and solution delivery
Present deliverables and insights to client stakeholders in a clear, professional, and consultative manner
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of client-facing solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of advanced, hands-on dashboard and data development experience using Power BI or Tableau
Developing complex calculations and measures (e.g., DAX, Tableau LOD expressions, or equivalent calculation frameworks)
Data shaping and transformation using Power Query/M, Tableau Prep, or similar ETL capabilities
Data modeling and semantic layer design, including the use of reusable data pipelines (e.g., Dataflows or Tableau Data Source modeling)
Performance optimization for dashboards, data models, and queries
Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with enterprise analytics ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Tableau Server, or Tableau Cloud)
Must be able to work on-site at our location in King of Prussia, PA
