The Project Manager will serve as the vital connection between customers and Revvity's internal operations, managing the complete lifecycle of customized patient sample collection kits and testing programs across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

Facilitate communications with the Laboratory, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Manufacturing, etc to define testing program needs and implement requirements based on program scope

Close working relationship with Business Development and Marketing to define program scope and support contract execution for both Customer testing programs and internal Marketing projects

Create, execute, and track program details, identify potential roadblocks early on and define risk mitigation

Manage and maintain business relationship with customer through reoccurring meetings, phone and email interactions (occasional face to face meetings required). Ability to develop a strong customer relationship, maintain a high level of customer service

Oversee the development of the program and direct point of contact post launch to ensure all aspects of the testing program are aligned for both internal and external requirements

Ability to work with diverse cross functional teams on a global platform

Support inventory management, including but not limited to, evaluating min/ max levels, reviewing and implementing design changes, reporting monthly usage and costs

Performs other special projects or duties as assigned by manager or leadership

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or related science discipline

A minimum 2 years of relevant experience performing project management activities

Experience Genomics and technology

Experience in the life sciences or diagnostics industries

Preferred

Experience working on a global landscape is preferred

Detail oriented, ability to plan/ prioritize, and organization skills

Ability to successfully multitask

Experience working in a diverse, global environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem solving, ability to identify and resolve conflicts
