Qualification

IT Service ManagementITIL® 4 Foundation CertificationLeadership skillsFreshserviceStakeholder engagementTraining skillsFacilitation skills

Required

5+ years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations leadership roles

Bachelors degree

Demonstrated success in implementing, governing, and improving ITSM processes in mid-to-large organizations

Proven ability to develop and communicate metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting

Excellent facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills

Strong expertise in ITSM frameworks, particularly ITIL

Advanced technical knowledge

Leadership skills

Ability to analyze data, develop metrics, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels

Significant IT experience

Ability to travel and provide on-call support

Preferred

ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification (advanced ITIL certifications preferred)

Experience working in Freshservice
