Advising a diverse range of clients on the structuring of domestic and cross-border investments in various asset classes

Private investment offerings and mergers and acquisitions

Drafting and negotiation of related contracts and investment documents

Drafting memoranda and opinions on the most current, complex US tax issues

Required

3-7 years of relevant tax experience in areas such as real estate taxation, private equity, partnership tax, energy, and family office structuring

Experience in drafting memoranda and opinions on complex US tax issues

Enjoy operating in a dynamic environment and working with colleagues in different practice groups and countries

Enjoy learning and embracing new areas of tax law

Top academic credentials

Admitted to and a member in good standing of the local bar of the office to which the candidate is applying

Preferred

LLM in taxation may be favorably considered
