Responsibilities

Review borrower financials to evaluate hardship situations and eligibility for loss mitigation programs
Assist with mortgage modifications, repayment plans, short sales, and forbearance agreements
Communicate with members by phone, email, and letter to collect documentation, explain options, and guide them through the process
Maintain accurate, organized records of all interactions and case updates
Monitor delinquent accounts and escalate risks when needed
Stay informed on loss mitigation strategies and compliance standards through ongoing learning and training

Required

Experience in banking, lending, or financial services is helpful, but a strong drive to learn and help others is even more important
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic, member-first approach
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
