Responsibilities

Directing mechanical project execution from estimating through turnover

Coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and fabrication activities

Managing cost control, scheduling, and documentation

Ensuring compliance with OSHA, ASME, and local codes

Daily interaction with plant personnel, field supervision, and engineering teams to maintain production schedules and quality standards

Required

US Citizenship or a Green Card (Permanent Residency)

5 years of progressive responsibility in industrial mechanical HVAC or piping project management, with clear experience in plant work, retrofits, and new construction

Commercial, institutional, infrastructure, or industrial project experience is Required

Strong abilities to interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and equipment specifications, and capable of managing multiple active job sites

Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms is expected
