Responsibilities
Make outbound phone calls and send targeted outreach to financial advisors
Book qualified meetings for senior partners
Support campaigns, product launches, and firm-specific initiatives
Research advisors, firm structures, and product usage
Maintain accurate notes and activity in Salesforce
Learn the NEOS product lineup (SPYI, QQQI, BTCI, IAUI, TLTI, BNDI, HYBI, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and a high level of drive
Comfort with outbound calling and hitting measurable targets
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to advance
SIE, Series 63, and Series 7 (or willingness to obtain soon after joining) required
Candidate must be able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check
Preferred
0–3 years of experience (finance or sales preferred)
