Responsibilities
Review and guide the work of other Hardware Engineers
Develop and create new and innovative radar products
Design, test, and simulate RF PCB circuitry and antennas
Write firmware and test software
Write technical design documentation for all your designs
Develop manufacturing tests
Document all tests conducted
Write SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) of how your job is accomplished
Investigate new technologies and propose new projects
Qualification
Required
US Citizen or US Person
BS in Electrical Engineering/MS/Ph.D. (Pay depends on education level)
Experience with HFSS or Empire
Experience with PCB layout. Altium Preferred
Must have designed patch antennas and PLL/VCO Circuit
Likes to work hard, does not mind long hours
Basic understanding of different RF components such as LNAs, mixers, power amplifiers, filters
Ability to commute/relocate: Orem, UT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
