Senior Associate, Client Processing - Liquidity & Financing Platform Operations

The Senior Associate, Client Processing will provide complex analytics, manage external client issues, and participate in product development and enhancements to ensure efficient processing of high value transactions.

Responsibilities
Provide complex analytics. reporting & consulting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems
Manage moderate to complex external client issues and directly advise other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues
Meet with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and accounting & reporting issues are addressed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner
Participate in product development, product enhancement, management consulting with internal constituents and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of total work experience preferred
Experience across Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) products, with knowledge of fixed income and repo/securities lending markets
Practical exposure to trade lifecycle and controls for FICC and secured loans: pre‑trade checks, booking, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, fails management
Experience in brokerage processing preferred
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
