New Grad, Entry LevelArbor Homes is a prominent new home builder seeking a Purchasing Compliance Coordinator to join their National Purchasing Team in Indianapolis. The role involves assisting procurement and operational initiatives while ensuring compliance with trade partner contracts and documentation.
Construction
Responsibilities
Contractual compliance and continuance with trade partner contracts, scopes of work, insurance, training, and occasional field audits to ensure conformance
Assist National Compliance Manager with organizational documentation collection, adherence, and onboarding of new trade partners
Solicit updated organizational compliance documentation from trade partners related to contracts, scopes of work, insurance, training and day-to-day maintenance information
Process and file renewal insurance documents
Support daily operations while improving process efficiencies, product alignment, and change management
Work closely with other teams for cross-differential initiatives and backfill workflow needs
Qualification
Required
Strong computer and analytical skills
Excellent process management and organization skills
Open communication and collaboration skills
High School Diploma
Preferred
BS/BA in Construction, Computer Science, or relevant field
Experience in Residential Construction
Experience with Sapphire, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Teams) or other related applications
