Responsibilities
Draft and oppose motions (class cert, MSJ, discovery)
Conduct high-level legal research on labor and employment issues
Collaborate with trial attorneys on case strategy
Argue motions and participate in meet-and-confers
Review discovery, depositions, and expert materials
Stay current on California and federal wage & hour law
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar membership
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to distill complex discovery into persuasive arguments
Preferred
Prior class action or dispositive motion experience
