Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's IT strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals

Lead, mentor, and manage the IT department staff, including hiring and performance evaluation

Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and applications

Create and manage the IT budget, including forecasting technology needs and reporting on IT costs

Ensure data integrity and cybersecurity by identifying risks, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with regulations

Manage relationships with external IT vendors and advisors

Oversee the lifecycle of new IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Ensure timely resolution of technical support issues and manage help desk operations
